Parenting Toolkit, 6 Week Course

Starting 5th September 2017

We will be running our innovative 6 week Parents Toolkit Workshop starting on Tuesday the 5th September 2017 from 7pm till 9pm. The six week programme will run weekly on Tuesdays until 10th of October 2017.

Our workshops are designed to give you the parent some useful tools and methods that will help you, support your children with anxiety and stress and to help them build confidence and a mental resilience for life

Taking a Step Back Lets Our Kids Learn
