As parents we want our children to be happy, healthy and have a resilience for life. We want our children to be able to deal with school pressures and social pressures and we want to see our children grow into happy and successful adults.

However if Children don’t develop a strong mental resilience early on in life the pressures of life can see our children develop mental health problems. With the growing problem of mental health issues in young children as well as young adults, we know as parents we need to give our children the knowledge to develop a mental resilience. But how do we do that?

We do that by understanding more about mental resilience, not only in your child but in ourselves as a parent and person, you can help support your child to develop a positive and lasting mental resilience that will not only help them through school but that will be with them into their adult lives.

On our workshop we will help you to understand what mental resilience is, teach you some of our methods to help your child develop resilience, how to better communicate with your children and how you can grow as a parent using our methods.

You will get an insight into methods like Growth Mindset and Emotion Freedom technique. You will learn what is going on in the brain and how to apply what you learn at home.

By developing your child’s resilience you will help them to:

Build Confidence

Cope with Stress

Deal with Anxiety

Manage learning difficulties

Improve social & peer relationships

Cost:

£25 per person

or

£35 for 2 Adults
